We have two kinds of sourdough. Our Rustic sourdough is styled after San Francisco sourdough. This bread has a delicious crispy crust and nice chewy inside. The Regular sourdough is more mild for those of you that are not sure if you like sourdough and need some convincing. They can also be made into soup bowls!
Made with Black and Green olives, Rosemary, Red pepper and garlic, this sourdough bread makes a perfect savory sandwiches or even with a dipping oil for a delicious snack all by itself. It is full of flavor with just a bit of a spicy kick.
Crusty bread with a mild sour taste and it’s made with white and wheat flour, rolled oats, flax, sesame, and sunflower seeds.
A nice soft bread with a crunchy crust, stuffed with sweetened dried cranberries and walnuts. This is the perfect breakfast bread.

Our dinner rolls are light and soft and are the perfect bread to pair with your favorite gravy Or mini ham sandwich! They can also be made wheat, or a little sweet.

That classic not quite sour, tangy, chewy bread made popular in Jewish delis across the country. Pair it with corned beef or pastrami and mustard for a hearty lunch.
We make 3 varieties of this traditional bread- sesame, plain, and poppy seed. It braided with 6 strands.
A slightly sweet dough stuffed with cinnamon, powdered sugar, and raisins (optional), and then hand twisted into a swirl loaf. Toast this one up for breakfast and the whole room will smell heavenly. This makes amazing french toast.

Our danish comes in many different flavors in the croissant dough. We usually carry lemon blueberry, and cream cheese daily. Order ahead for other favorite flavors.

Tarts are made to order. We have many flavors we are able to make such as lemon, cinnamon apple, vanilla pastry cream with fruit, peanut butter and chocolate, s’mores, and salted caramel fillings. The dough is a crisp, slightly sweet flavor that pairs well with any sweet filling you can think of!
Something for everybody- crumbly or moist! We have made double chocolate chip, blueberry, cranberry walnut, cranberry orange, apple cinnamon, banana walnut, orange pecan, mixed citrus, and raspberry white chocolate and many more.

This is a baked, New York style cheesecake with crumb crust and endless flavor combinations. Light and dense and creamy.
